Had a customer email recently saying she had been told by another shop that she needed to replace the motor on her Medela Mini-Electric Breast PumpHaving owned one of these pumps myself and very familar with the product range I answered that yes we could get a new motor for her (and she wouldn't get much change from $130) but please check a couple of things for me.
One email later, we'd diagnosed the issue and the next day for under $20 including delivery she'd received her parts from us and the pump is working good as new.
